Priyamvada

Some days are so empty that

You fill them with yesterday’s memories.

Some memories are so cold that
You burn yourself till it ends.

Some ends are so painful that
You wish it to stay forever.

Some forever are so quick that
You wouldn’t even realize how fast it ended.

This poem is dedicated to my mom whom I lost when I was a teenager. You will always be in my heart maa.

    2. I don’t know which is worse, a child losing a parent or a parent losing a child. But either way a life is an amazing source of light and energy and if one is lost the other must go on, and live. Life is like the Olympic torch; passed from one runner to the next.
